We meet over video at a scheduled time, and it works much like in person therapy. You need a quiet, private place to hold your session, just as if we were meeting in my office.

I charge $200 for a 45 minute individual session. Brainspotting sessions last 1 hour and are $250. I am out of network for insurance and provide a superbill for reimbursement.

I consider the first appointment to be an extended consultation, where we talk about your needs, goals and relevant background information, as well as the way in which I work and might be able to help you.

We set goals together and reassess them periodically, as we go. You are in charge, and we decide together how much time you might need.
